Waipu Green Estate is the proud vision of owners Adam & Janine Jones. Our construction company, GRASS Ltd (Golf Renovations And Shaping Specialists Limited) is the Principal Contractor for Waipu Green Estate Ltd.
Adam & Janine, have owned 30 Argyle Street and lived in Waipu for nearly 20 years. Both sons, Trent and Connor attended Waipu Primary School. Trent Jones, competed at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games for NZ Cycling (BMX), thus making history as Waipu’s 1st (able-bodied) Olympian. Adam & Janine Jones are currently residing at Waipu Cove Beach. |
